Cookie policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device. This policy explains which cookies Lawfindo uses and how you can control them.
Strictly necessary cookies
These are needed for the website to work and cannot be switched off. They include a session cookie and a security token used when you submit our contact form.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
lawfindo_session | Keeps your session working, for example form messages | 2 hours |
XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery | 2 hours |
Analytics cookies
If enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are popular, so that we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_*, which last up to two years. We only set these with your consent.
Advertising cookies
If enabled, we use Google AdSense to show advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads that are relevant to you, limit how often you see an ad, and measure ad performance. With your consent these may be personalised ads. Without it, Google may show non-personalised ads, which still use cookies for frequency capping, fraud prevention and aggregated reporting.
Learn more about how Google uses cookies in advertising at policies.google.com/technologies/ads, and manage your ad preferences at Google Ads Settings.
Third-party content
Maps on this website are loaded from OpenStreetMap tile servers, which receive your IP address so they can deliver the map images. We do not use them to set tracking cookies. Our fonts are hosted on our own server.
Managing cookies
When we use non-essential cookies, visitors in the UK and Europe see a consent message where they can accept or reject them. US visitors can opt out of targeted advertising through the privacy choices message, Google Ads Settings or a Global Privacy Control signal. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the website may then not work as intended.
For more about how we handle personal data, see our privacy policy.
